摘 要 中国香港,中国澳门和广东三者之间有着密切的相似之处和深远的合作历史。自 2017 年党的十九大报告提出要建设粤港澳大湾区,推进香港,澳门与内陆的共赢合作以来,三地的经济合作日益密切。而在 2019 年的 2 月,政府正式发布了《粤港澳大湾区发展纲要》。粤港澳大湾区的建设不仅有利于区域经济和社会的发展,还会对区域性房地产行业带来深远的影响,也将有利于“一国两制”的贯彻落实。本文借助区域性经济的相关理论,对不同体制下的地区的经济进行分析。同时本文以房地产行业的分析为方向标,并以万科企业为落脚点,由点向面出发来分析跨境区域性且不同体制下的房地产行业的发展存在的问题并提供改善建议。关键词:粤港澳大湾区 房地产 万科企业AbstractHong Kong, China, Macao and Guangdong have close similarities and far-reaching cooperation history.
