择业观对大学生就业的影响研究【摘 要 】：大学生的择业观对择业行为具有导向作用，正确的择业观是大学生实现成功就业的前提。当前大学生择业观呈现出择业的主体意识明显增强、择业倾向多样化、择业期望值居高不下等特点。通过对大学生择业观方面存在问题的深入分析，可探寻出引导大学生转变择业观的基本思路。【关键词】：大学生；择业观；就业观Research on the Impact of Career Choice View on College Students'Employment[Abstract] College students'view of choosing a job has a guiding effect on their behavior of choosing a job. Correct view of choosing a job is the prerequisite for successful employment of College students. At present, the view of College Students'career choice shows such characteristics as obvious enhancement of the subjective consciousness of career choice, diversification of career choice tendency and high expectation value of career choice.
