财务管理专业-天虹商场股份有限公司财务风险管理存在的问题及对策

I摘 要财务风险管理是企业管理中非常重要的组成部分，有效的财务风险管理能够降低企业的财务风险，避免由此造成的损失，为企业财务活动的开展提供重要的保障。随着市场竞争变得更加的激烈，财务风险管理对于建筑企业经营发展来讲尤为重要，对企业未来的稳定、持续发展有着至关重要的作用。财务风险是企业风险管控中的重点内容，对企业的盈利能力有着直接的影响。不同的财务风险因素所导致的后果也是不同的，本文通过调研分析天虹商场股份有限公司（以下简称“天虹商场”）财务风险管理状况，针对其财务风险管理中存在的问题进行研究，指出相应的优化对策措施。通过对天虹商场财务风险管理的研究，为天虹商场及类似企业的财务风险管理提供参考与借鉴。关键词：财务风险：风险管理；风险控制IIAbstractFinancial risk management is a very important part of enterprise management.
