中小型企业团队管理存在问题与对策研究—以广州鼎三信息科技有限公司为例内 容 摘 要随着中国市场经济的不断发展和全球经济一体化的加速,企业需要进行转型升级,因此对于中小企业的发展需要汇聚各种精英人才,需要强有力的高素质人才团队来支持。本文以广州鼎三科技公司这一中小企业为研究对象进行研究,通过问卷调查和访谈法收集公司关于团队管理模式和员工对团队满意度情况。整理需要研究资料发现到公司团队管理过程中团队成员流动性较大,影响团队成员情绪和团队凝聚力,绩效考核目标设置存在偏差,使得团队成员产生抵触心理,团队激励模式单一,使得员工工作积极性不强,团队成员素质不高,给公司市场开拓带来巨大挑战等问题。针对这些问题本文从团队激励模式,员工职业发展路径和绩效目标调整等多方面提出建设措施。也为中小型公司在团队管理发展道路可以提供一定的参考。关键词:团队管理;绩效目标;成员素质;沟通PAGE \* MERGEFORMATIIResearch on the Problems and Countermeasures of Team Management in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises—Take the Example of the Guangzhou Dingshan Information Technology Co.,Ltd.
