I摘 要绩效管理是企业内部管理不可或缺的一种管理方法,加强绩效管理有利于提升个人、部门以及组织绩效,从而实现个人效益和企业效益的统一,调动企业全体员工积极性。北京秦淮数据有限公司作为 IDC 行业的独角兽,加强其内部绩效管理对于提升企业整体的发展水平具有重要的影响。因此,本文针对北京秦淮数据有限公司绩效管理存在的问题进行研究,并提出有效的对策以改善绩效管理。本文通过访谈法和文献研究法阐明了北京秦淮数据有限公司有关绩效管理的基本情况、绩效管理的特点、整体管理流程以及部分员工对公司现行绩效管理模式的观点与看法,通过对访谈结果和整个绩效管理制度体系的分析,以及对企业绩效管理制度上存在的忽略被考核者的感受、绩效管理的过程中绩效考核指标设置不合理、绩效考核的结果应用太过于狭窄等问题进行了深刻的分析,找出其中存在的突出弊端和问题,并针对每项问题提出相应的解决方案,同时也为我国中小型企业的绩效管理优化提供了理论指导和借鉴。关键词:绩效管理;绩效反馈;完善对策 IIAbstractPerformance management is an essential management method of contemporary enterprise internal management.
