材料扭转力学性能测试装置的设计摘 要轴作为机械设备中的重要组成零件,其在动力传递过程中以及导向过程都有着相当重要的作用。在传动设备中,传动轴的工作条件是不尽相同的,而针对轴的扭转试验可以对轴的强度进行检测和试验,最终得出结论,是否满足使用的工况。而国内对传动轴的检测技术则一直落后于国外,因此传动轴新一代检测试验台的研发迫在眉睫。本课题针对轴这一类型零件的材料扭转力学性能测试的试验台进行设计。通过查阅相关的文献和资料,了解现阶段针对于此种类型的试验台的研究现状,并确定设计的方案和布局,接着对传动的部件进行设计和计算,最终使用软件进行整体装配图和零件图的绘制同时整理设计文件和计算内容,完成设计说明书的编写。关键词:材料扭转,力学性能,实验平台 IAbstractAs an important component in mechanical equipment, the shaft plays an important role in the power transmission process and the guiding process.
