城市化进程中失地农民的幸福感调查研究——以南京市谷里街道为例城市化进程中失地农民幸福感调查研究——以南京市谷里街道为例摘 要改革开放以来，随着社会进程不断地加快，城市化进程随之发展，社会急剧变革。政府征地，导致农民失去土地，改变原本的生活、生产方式。这一切都在影响这失地农民的幸福感。为了了解失地农民的幸福感状况，对于南京谷里街道的50 位失地农民进行了问卷调查，10 位失地农民进行了访谈。研究发现：失地农民对于物质生活条件和精神生活的幸福感程度相对较高；对于政府工作的幸福感程度相对一般；对于就业培训的幸福感程度较低，对于医疗保障制度的幸福感程度较高；对于征地制度和生态环境的幸福感程度相对较高。年龄会影响失地农民在物质方面和精神方面的幸福感；婚姻状况会影响失地农民在精神方面的幸福感。而其他因素并不影响失地农民在其他方面的幸福感。最后从个人层面和政府层面提出为提高失地农民的幸福感的建议。关键词：城市化；失地农民；幸福感 I城市化进程中失地农民的幸福感调查研究——以南京市谷里街道为例Research on the happiness of land-lost farmers in the process of Urbanization ——A case of guli, in NanjingAbstractSince the reform and opening up, with the acceleration of the process of society, the development of urbanization process, the rapid changes in society.
