I摘 要在现代企业制度下，企业的成功以至于生存在很大程度上取决于它过去和现在的财务管理制度。财务管理不仅与资产的获得及合理使用的决策有关，而且与企业的生产、销售、管理发生直接关系。[1]经过二十多年的发展，我国中小企业经济已呈现出快速、蓬勃发展的态势，中小企业在国民经济中的比重已明显提高，中小企业对国民经济和社会稳定起着举足轻重的作用，当前中小企业的财务普遍存在两方面问题。一是内部控制薄弱，企业领导专权不受约束、财务控制执行不力、基础管理薄弱、成本分析粗劣、财会人员素质偏低等。二是在资金不足时融资困难。主要体现在融资成本高，风险大，资信相对较差造成中小企业信用等级低。在产品销售上，无力支撑市场竞争所必须的庞大营销费用，在销售上处于劣势。一定程度上制约了中小企业的发展。本文以沈阳三平服装有限公司这一中小型民营企业的财务管理情况出发，分析了其财务管理现状及其存在的主要问题，并从内外两方面深入分析了沈阳三平服装有限公司财务管理存在问题的原因，提出了改进该公司财务管理的对策建议。 关键词：沈阳三平服装有限公司；财务管理；内部控制IIAbstract Under the modern enterprise system, the success of the enterprise so that the survival depends largely on the past and the present financial management system.
