城乡结合部公共服务设施建设研究 工商管理专业

1摘要城乡结合部，自 Smith 在 1937 最先使用了 urban fringe 一词来表示城市外围的建成区，紧接着，就引起了一大批学者对城乡结合部的关注，因为这个地区有着非常特殊的地位。到了 20 世纪 90 年代，这个地区也开始随着改革开放、城市化进程不断进入我国老百姓、学者、党政领导人的眼球。本身我国的公共服务设施建设受到经济社会发展水平的限制，就显得比较落后，特别是农村地区尤为明显。城市化进程的推进，城乡差距在城乡二元结构的体制背景下愈加明显，公共服务差距也不断拉大，研究城乡结合部公共服务设施建设，对了解其存在的问题、分析其中缘由、提出改进措施就显得非常有意义。关键词：城乡结合部 公共服务 原因分析 对策2Abstract Urban-rural fringe, since Smith in 1937 was the first to use the urban fringe is a word to represent the city proper, then, it has caused a large number of scholars focus on integration of urban and rural areas, because this area has a very special place.
