在地养老服务发展与资源整合研究——以石基镇为例【摘要】在地养老是目前社会养老的主要存在形式，是以居家养老为核心，依托多元供给主体如政府、社会组织、医院、社区、市场等提供不同的养老服务资源与养老设施，来满足老年人多样化的养老需求的一种养老模式。然而，各主体之间存在缺乏信息共享、资源互补、和各自为政的现象，基于此，本次论文以石基镇内两大社区作为本次研究的案例主体，探讨现如今在地养老服务的发展情况以及资源整合现状，提出存在的问题与不足，最后给予相应的发展建议。目的是促进我国养老服务业的发展研究，推动养老服务体系更有效协调地可持续发展。【关键词】在地养老 多元主体 资源整合A Study on The Development of Local Elderly Care Service and Resource Integration -- a case study of Shiji Town [Abstract] At present, the local pension is the main form of social pension. It is based on home-based elderly care as the core, relying on multiple supply subjects such as government, social organizations, hospitals, communities, markets, etc. to provide different elderly care service resources and facilities to meet the diversified elderly care needs. However, there is a lack of information sharing, complementary resources and self governance among the main bodies. Based on this, Shiji Town is taken as the research subject of this study to explore the development of the current local elderly care service and the status quo of resource integration, put forward the existing problems and deficiencies, and finally give the corresponding development suggestions.
