表面增强拉曼光谱对饮料中核黄素的检测摘 要维生素涵盖各种类型的有机化合物，而这些有机化合物恰恰又是生物体当中必需的微量元素。此类元素仅能借助于饮食等外部手段获得，生物体无法自行产出。通常情况下，糖类及其脂肪将能构成细胞，并由此形成一定的能量然而维生素却并不含有此项功能。但是，生物体若想实现自身的新陈代谢，必须依赖于维生素的调节功能。自从发现表面增强拉曼光谱（SERS）直到现在，在这几十年里的高速发展，围绕 SERS 技术已经取得了许多可喜可贺的成绩。SERS 能够提供简单、快速而且更重要的是无损伤的定性定量分析。所以，本文检测饮料中的核黄素的应用基于纳米银胶的 SERS 的检测技术。关键词：维生素；表面增强拉曼光谱；纳米银胶；核黄素PAGE \* MERGEFORMATIIAbstractVitamins are the collective name for a series of organic compounds. Since the discovery of surface Enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS), after decades of rapid development, around the SERS Technology has achieved a lot of gratifying results.
