保险欺诈的诱因及法律监管对策研究【摘要】近几年，在我国保险行业发展一片向好的情况下，保险欺诈这一保险业发展过程中的痛点，也在逐渐为人们所关注。保险欺诈的手段多样化，隐蔽性强，识别难度大，一直以来都是保险行业发展面临的巨大挑战。本文通过文献研究法、对比分析法对保险欺诈的诱因及法律监管对策进行研究。借鉴其他国家的先进经验的同时结合我国国情和保险行业发展的实际情况，对如何建立健全我国保险欺诈的监管体系提出有关建议，完善我国保险监管制度的顶层设计，发挥保险监管应有的作用，促进我国保险业的良性发展。【关键词】保险欺诈；诱因；法律监管Research on the inducement of insurance fraud and the countermeasure of legal supervision[Abstract] In recent years, with the development of China's insurance industry in a good condition, insurance fraud, a pain point in the development of the insurance industry, is also gradually concerned by people. Insurance fraud has been a great challenge to the development of the insurance industry due to its diversified means, strong concealment and difficulty in identification. This paper studies the causes of insurance fraud and the countermeasures of legal supervision through literature research and comparative analysis.
