110kV 数字化变电站计算机监控系统摘要环境气候恶化、能源安全、及电网稳定运行的问题不断突出。变电站是建设智能电网的重要组成部分,为智能电网提供可靠的节点支持。而数字化变电站作为向智能变电站发展的过渡阶段,实现变电站数字化是变电站自动化技术发展必然结果。数字化变电站采用“三层两网”结构,建立全站统一的通信平台,通过高速的光纤网络连接,实现站内设备信息共享。随着计算机技术的不断发展, 利用计算机对变电站的设备进行全方位的监视和操作,实现设备信息的统一采集、存储、传输和处理。本文首先介绍了变电站自动化技术以及及计算机监控系统的发展。然后对数字化变电站及计算机监控系统进行概述,将数字化变电站与综合自动化变电站进行比较,总结数字化变电站的优势及特点。结合实际工程,根据规程规范,着重从二次系统的角度分析如何设计数字化变电站,给出数字化变电站总体方案设计。基于 IEC61850 的三层两网的计算机监控系统的网络结构体系,制定计算机监控系统的组网方案。详细分析数字化变电站信息的流动,完成交换机的配置与端口接线的设计。结合网络部分的二次接线图,详细分析交换机柜原理图以及网络回路图。关键词:数字化变电站,计算机监控系统,网络结构设计,二次接线图 AbstractThe problems of environmental climate deterioration, energy security and stable operation of the grid continue to highlight.
