For those whose names should have been mentioned but are left out here, I offer my sincere apology. 内容提要 自中国加入 WTO 以来，很多国外企业都看好了中国市场。尤其是上海，作为中国以及长三角地区经济发展的龙头，以其独特的魅力吸引了众多的外商来投资，使得外资企业如雨后春笋般的遍及城市的各个角落。同时，外企内部的不尽人意的书面和口头交流，也成为一个不容忽视的问题。 商务报告的撰写作为一种主要的信息交流方式，其作用是不可小觑的。报告撰写的成功与否从一定程度上会影响个人在企业里的发展。而且企业要保持良好的发展态势，商务报告作为信息交流的主要方式，是不可或缺的。 这篇论文的重点在于如何通过更好地运用英语的语言功能来撰写商务报告。我选择这个主题主要有两个原因。首先，论文篇幅有限，要在一篇论文里详细论述商务报告撰写过程的方方面面是不现实的。其次，尽管各个环节都需要提及，但是只有语言本身才是能够将抽象概念转化为具体文章的载体。 第一章为概述，介绍了商务报告的定义，分类，组成部分，以及一份好的商务报告所应具有的基本特点。第二章阐述了交流的过程，以及商务报告作为主要的书面信息交流方式，与交流...
