H 公司生产部员工关系管理存在的问题及对策研究摘 要文章对员工关系管理相关理论进行了基本的借鉴,在研究开展过程中主要对访谈法和问卷调查法也两种不同方式进行了使用,实现了对 H 公司生产部员工关系关系的研究。最终结果显示,该公司在生产部在员工关系管理方面存在着较大问题。存在着管理者对员工关系管理不重视、薪酬制度不合理、沟通渠道单一、员工的认同感和归属感不足等员工关系管理问题,并提出 H 公司生产部可以通过转变管理者的思想观念、建立完善的薪酬制度、拓宽内部沟通渠道、加强以人为本的企业文化建设,来构建和谐的员工关系,以达到降低生产成本,提高生产效率,实现人力资源优化配置的目的。本文提出的 H 公司生产部员工关系管理的优化方案,可以为其他部门及类似企业在员工关系管理体系构建方面提供借鉴和参考。关键词:员工关系,员工关系管理,生产部员工Research on Problems and Countermeasures of Employee Relations Management in Production Department of H CompanyABSTRACT In this paper, employee relationship management theory, interviews and questionnaires are used to study H company's production department employee relationship management. The research shows that the present situation of employee relationship management in H company's production department is not optimistic. There are some problems in employee relationship management, such as the manager's neglect of employee relationship management, unreasonable salary system, single communication channel, lack of employee's sense of identity and belonging, etc. It also points out that H company's production department can broaden its internal structure by changing managers'ideas, establishing a perfect salary system and so on.
