I题 目：B2C 模式下物流配送系统现状及问题研究 摘要：随着电子商务的发展，物流配送已成为制约 B2C 电子商务进一步发展的瓶颈。选择合适的配送模式，能有效降低物流成本、提高客户服务水平，增加产品销量。论文以 B2C 模式下物流配送系统现状及对策为主要研究内容，分析了物流配送系统在 B2C 电子商务中的重要作用；在把握 B2C 现有物流配送系统现状的基础上，提出 B2C 物流配送系统存在的主要问题；对现有 B2C 模式下的物流配送模式进行深入探讨，针对不同 B2C 模式的特点及企业的性质，构建适合自己的物流配送系统，并对现有 B2C 企业物流配送系统提出改进建议。关键词：B2C；物流配送；自建物流；第三方物流IIAbstract:With the development of e-commerce, logistics distribution gradually became the bottleneck for the further development of B2C e-commerce.Choosing the right distribution mode can effectively reduce logistics cost and improve the level of customer service,increase product sales as well. This article focused on the present situation of logistics distribution system based on B2Cmode and analyzed the important role of logistics distribution system in B2C e-commerce; pointed out the main problems of B2C logistics distribution system on the basis of grasping the existing logistics distribution system in B2C mode; in-depth studied to the existing logistics distribution in B2C mode, according to the characteristics of different B2C mode and the nature of the enterprise, to construct their own logistics distribution system, and put forward suggestions for improvement to the existing B2C enterprise logistics distribution system.
