建筑垃圾回收利用存在的问题与防治策略分析摘 要在城市化推进过程中伴随着巨量的建筑垃圾的产生，但我国对于此方面的重视程度明显不足，这直接导致了我国的建筑垃圾回收利用率低下的严重现象。大量建筑垃圾的随意堆放或者不处理等行为，严重影响了我国可持续发展的进程，也严重影响了自然环境和城市环境。在各种资源愈发紧缺的情况下，我国的建筑垃圾利用率低下是亟需解决的问题之一。针对建筑垃圾在中国的回收利用进行现状分析，可以指出了我国在此方面的诟病。在关于建筑垃圾回收法制制度方面，面对我国目前垃圾回收方面存在的问题提出了参考意见。比如将垃圾回收等纳入招投标文件，实施建筑垃圾保证金制度，制定相应补贴标准等。针对具体建筑垃圾的分类，分别针对性的介绍了相对应的回收方法，这对促进我国的建筑垃圾回收利用也具有一定的促进意义。通过对我国现状的研究基础上，将一些较为先进的制度与技术应用于我国的发展进程中，争取探索出一条适合我国行情的特色道路，让我国在城市化的推进过程中减少相应阻碍，为我国的可持续发展理论奠定一定理论基础。关键词：建筑垃圾；回收再利用；可持续发展AbstractIn the process of urbanization, there is a huge amount of construction waste.
