讲解服务对贺兰山岩画景区形象的影响探析摘 要 随着经济水平的高速飞跃,第三产业得到了前所未有的发展。作为典型第三产业,旅游业为我国经济带来了巨大的效益和发展动力。讲解服务是旅游业中极其重要的一环,旅游服务的核心就是讲解服务, 精炼的讲解不仅能够对景区的典故进行解释说明,更能揭示景区的文化积淀与深刻内涵。作为讲解服务的主要载体,导游的讲解能力代表了景区的形象。因此加强导游基本工作培训,科学制定导游管理机制,提升导游人文素养显得尤为重要。本文主要介绍贺兰山岩画的景区概况、讲解服务情况,并以讲解服务质量的高低对景区的影响进行分析,通过问卷调查法、分析法,调查法、对贺兰山岩画景区的讲解人员的素质、学历、讲解水平进行分析,讲解人员水平对景区产生的影响,以及通过问卷的形式调查游客对讲解服务的满意度。贺兰山岩画是宁夏重点文物保护单位,通过优质的讲解游客更好的去了解贺兰山岩画的历史、是讲解员深刻的工作内涵所在。本文研究认为讲解服务对于塑造景区形象来说是最重要的,其中讲解词的创新、讲解人员的素质水平对于讲解质量的好与坏是至关重要的。本文研究结论对提高游客对贺兰山岩画景区的认知和提高游客满意度具有重要意义。关键词:贺兰山 游客满意度 讲解服务ABSTRACTTourist satisfaction evaluation system has become an important means to measure the service quality of scenic spots and has been highly valued by scenic spot managers and relevant government departments.
