题 目:民办园幼儿教师职业幸福感影响因素的研究——以晋中市幼儿园为例摘 要我国的教育体制下,学前教育是其基础阶段。伴随民办幼儿园的增多,民办教师也逐渐成为我国学前教育的中流砥柱。本文围绕民办园幼儿教师职业幸福感的影响因素进行探究,面向晋中市 4 所民办园教师进行随机访谈,发现民办幼儿教师对于职业幸福感的体验程度不高。影响民办幼儿教师职业幸福感的因素主要来自幼儿、教师、家长、环境,并根据教师缺失职业幸福感因素提出创建园所“爱”的氛围、提升教师素养、家园合作与关爱幼儿的四点建议。通过本文的研究希望可以帮助幼儿教师重新认识自己,热爱这份工作,并可以为提升幼儿教师职业幸福感提供借鉴价值。关键词:民办园;幸福感;幼儿教师;幼儿教师职业幸福感AbstractPreschool education is the basic stage of our educational system.With the increase of the number of private kindergartens in China, non-governmental teachers have gradually become the main components of preschool education system.This paper focuses on the influencing factors of occupational well-being of preschool teachers in private garden.Through interviews with teachers from four private gardens in Jinzhong City, it is found that private preschool teachers have a low degree of experience in occupational well-being.The factors influencing the professional well-being of private preschool teachers mainly come from children, teachers, parents and environment.According to the influencing factors, four suggestions are put forward to establish the atmosphere of "love" in the garden, to improve teachersundefined accomplishment, to cooperate with home and to care for young children.Through this research, I hope it can help preschool teachers to re-understand themselves, love this job, and can provide reference for the Occupational Well-being of preschool teachers.Keywords:Private Garden;Well-being;Occupational Well-being of Preschool Teachers目 录一、绪论....................................
