However, the cost of logistics enterprises is increasing year by year, and the pressure of enterprises is also increasing year by year. How to optimize the cost control of logistics enterprises has become a crucial issue affecting the fate of enterprises. Based on the theoretical research on cost control of logistics enterprises both at home and abroad, this paper chooses Shunfeng Express Logistics Company as the research object. Firstly, it briefly analyzes the financial data of the enterprise and explores the current situation of cost control of the enterprise. Then it makes a comparison among industries. From the analysis, it sums up the weak points in cost management of the enterprise.
