内容摘要 在知识经济的时代,科技是它的载体甚至可以说是核心,对国家经济的迅猛发展和知识经济扁平化的深入有着前所未有的推动作用。知识型员工应运而生,而且成为企业的核心竞争力,那么企业的绩效管理则成为管理的重中之重。企业是否能管理好知识型员工,激励员工,调动他们的积极性,提高效率,是企业管理的重中之重。但在我国企业现状中,绩效管理体系的发展对于知识型员工的影响还存在着种种问题,影响着我国中小型高新技术企业的发展。所以本文以天津卓辉电子有限公司为例,分析企业在管理过程中所存在的绩效管理问题,以及对知识型员工的影响,力图找出存在的问题,努力探寻解决方案,通过对企业员工进行问卷调查,并运用文献分析法,问卷调查法访谈法,从而增强绩效管理方面的实力。通过总结分析,结合员工的优势,企业的目标,充分调动员工的积极主动性,挖掘出他们的创造力,真正的让绩效管理发挥出最有效的作用。这有利于员工在更好的环境下,高效的工作、发展,使组织在知识经济时代,快速更新换代的大环境下提高自身竞争力,从而达到更好的发展。 关键词:知识型员工;绩效管理;激励;改进对策 AbstractIn the era of knowledge economy, science and technology is its carrier and even the core, which has unprecedented impetus to the rapid development of national economy and the flattening of knowledge economy.
