摘 要信息时代的快速发展，网络已经成为人们生活中密不可分的一部分，获取信息需要网络，传递信息需要网络。正是由于网络的高效性，致使企业在网上发布招聘信息，同样应聘者可以在网上查询自己需要的信息，并投递简历。由于使用人数众多，在线就业招聘系统就成了一个很好的平台。企业端用于完善企业信息，并设置应聘岗位，包括岗位的需求和相应的薪资福利待遇等；用户端应聘者可以进行关键字搜索，比如搜索“软件”，系统会将注册的软件公司获取到应聘者应用界面，对自己心仪的企业可以投递简历等待企业的回应。网络平台的诞生减少了许多人力物力上的麻烦，企业方不必再各大院校和人才招聘市场设置专门的招聘信息，应聘者也不用单独打印简历，可以减少纸张的浪费，也避免了因失误造成简历流失问题。可以说招聘平台在未来有一个很好的发展趋势。本系统通过运用 PHP 语言及 Ionic 等框架技术，使用 MySQL 数据库，实现了网上招聘与求职，解除了地点等因素对求职与招聘的限制，保证了用人单位及个人高效且便捷地完成招聘求职工作。而且求职和招聘的过程皆通过互连网完成，减少了参加招聘会、投递简历等耗费的大量时间，从而实现招聘时双向选择的网络招聘。关键词：就业招聘；phpStudy；框架技术；MySQL12AbstractWith the rapid development of the information age, the Internet has become an inseparable part of people's lives.
