幼儿园大班常规管理的问题及对策剖析研究分析 学前教育专业

摘 要 幼儿园大班常规是一件非常重要的事情。如果一个孩子在很小的时候没有形成比较好的规则意识,将会给未来的发展造成不必要的障碍。养成良好的常规习惯不仅可以保证幼儿的安全和健康，还是幼儿园建立正常保教秩序的前提条件。同时，良好的常规也是教师进行班级保教工作管理，确保保教工作质量的重要手段。大班幼儿正处于对各种事情感到好奇的阶段,各方面的能力逐渐发展,因此，幼儿园大班常规的建立和运用必须以幼儿为主，要求和规则要从实际出发。首先，我从幼儿园常规的概念及常规的重要性着手，然后根据幼儿园大班常规管理现状以及存在的一些问题，进行分析最后提出具体的解决策略。 关键词：大班常规，存在的问题， 解决策略AbstractThere is a very good saying: "there are no rules, there is no square circle."
