浙江桐庐分水镇制笔产业出口问题研究【摘要】 浙江桐庐分水镇是“中国制笔之乡”，经过 30 余年的发展，历经三次发展飞跃，分水制笔已经形成了自己的产业结构。但发展中同样存在着问题新的时期，分水制笔业要想取得长足的发展，必须步入国际市场，将品牌打向世界，接收国际社会的挑战。为此我们主要针对分水制笔产业的出口问题进行了实地调研和认真的分析研究。研究中采用了文献研究、个案研究和实地采访相结合的方法，首先分析分水制笔业的现状和产业出口中面临的贸易壁垒问题，说明贸易壁垒对分水制笔出口贸易的正负面影响。然后阐述了分水制笔产业的特点及出口现状。基于我们实地调查和研究的结果，具体的总结分析了分水镇制笔产业中所存在的问题，并结合具体的调研数据，分别从政府的角度、企业的角度和外部环境的角度进行了分析研究。最后，针对我们总结的分水制笔产业的特点和问题，主要对分水制笔产业的出口给出相关的发展建议。从转变观念、创建品牌、采用国际标准、加强国际交往、重视人才、鼓励创新等方面给出了改革措施。值得一提的是，专门针对分水制笔业的出口问题进行研究总结，本文尚是首例。另外本文针对出口中的贸易壁垒问题提出的解决方案也具有实际参考价值。【关键词】 中国制笔之乡，分水镇，制笔业，出口，贸易壁垒The export issues of pens industry in FenShui TongLu【 Abstract 】 The town of Fenshui in Tonglu, Zhejiang province, is called the hometown of pens in China. With the development of over 30 years, pens industry in Fenshui has formed it’s unique industrial structure.
