I摘 要本文设计是通过电动机带动了带轮传动给主动轴,在主动轴上采用了摩擦离合器,离合器作用起到保护人的安全。摇绳机构和辅助摇绳机构均放置在可调节高度的升降支架上。可以调节摇绳机构的摇绳高度,以适应不同的活动人群来使用。它以交流调速电机为动力,通过传动带向轴杆传递力矩,同时带轮改变传动比,达到需要转速,再由轴杆上离合器向摇臂传递力矩并使摇臂转动,通过使用调速电机与电机调速器,可以实现对跳绳转速调节,从动端的摇臂通过绳子跟随主动端的摇臂同时转动,摇臂规格一致,即抡绳高度一致,这样实现两头同时等高抡动的功能。它的主要优点在于在摇绳机构上安装了防止绊绳的离合器,当摇绳的时候出现有人失误绊住时,当阻力增大时离合器自动将传动轴与摇绳曲柄分开,这样就能起到保护跳绳者的作用。关键词:自动跳绳机;摩擦离合器;调速电机;旋转机械Design of automatic rope skipper systemIIAbstractIn this paper, a drive pulley driven by an intermediate motor is designed to drive the drive shaft, which is equipped with friction clutch.
