我国开放式基金发展现状及研究

我国开放式基金进展现状及讨论 内容摘要:截至 2025 年 12 月 5 日，共有 367 只基金正式运作，资产净值亿元，基金份额达亿份。其中，开放式基金共 330只。当前，我国基金管理水平也有较大提高，并初步建立起相对完整的监管体系。但由于我国基金业进展时间较短，开放式基金在其自身管理和外部环境方面仍存在诸多问题，需要引起重视。本文从降低开放式基金内生风险和改善外部市场环境方面提出促进我国开放式基金进展的对策。 关键词：开放式基金；现状；建议 Abstract：As of December 5, 2025, a total of 367 formal operation of the Fund, the net assets of trillion yuan, funds in the share of 2027170000000.
