排石合剂质量标准研究

排石合剂质量标准讨论 摘 要: 排石合剂为我院新开发的一种制剂，以金钱草为君药辅以怀牛 膝和车前子等组成。可用于治疗尿路感染、血尿和泌尿系统结石等疾病。建立本品的质量标 准为质控提供依据。处方中的黄酮和皂苷用定性方法鉴别，金钱草和怀牛膝用 TLC进行鉴别 ，其中的总黄酮按《中华人民共和国药典》1995 年版所载比色法测定实验表明在 ～ mg/mL 范围内浓度与吸收度呈良好的线形关系，其低、中、高浓度的加样回收率分 别为%、%和%，本方法简便、快速且重现性好。Studies on the Quality Standard of Pai shi Mixture Abstract Pai shi mixture is a newly developed herbal prepara tion composed of Glechoma longituba (Nakai) Kupr. as the main compo nent supplement ed by Achyranthes bidentata, Plantago asiatica and several other minor ingredients. It was proposed for the treatment of urinary infection, hem at uria and urinary calculi. The object of the present study is to establish a sta n dard for the quality control of the product. The presence of flavonoids and sap o nins were varified by specific qualitative identification. G. longitub a and A. bidentata were distinguishing by TLC. Content o f total flavonoids was determined b y colorimetry as described in the 1995 edition of Chinese Pharm acopoeia. The plot of concentration against absorption gave a straight line ([ W TBX〗r= 6) over the range of ～ mg/mL. The averag e recovery of low, middle and high concentrations were %, % and 10 % respect ively. The method proved to be simple, rapid and reproducible.
