探析黄韧带粗线的形态学特点及临床意义 摘要： 目的：观测黄韧带附着部位的形态学特点。方法：使用精密度为的游标卡尺对 60 例成人脊柱的腰椎进行测量。结果：黄韧带附着部位形态类似粗线，其外侧端隆起较高，部分锥体可见有尖端向下的骨性棘样突起。测量结果显示：两侧基本对称，无显着性差异。结论：在黄韧带肥厚或骨化的影像学诊断中，应考虑到黄韧带附着部位的形态学特点。关键词： 腰椎;黄韧带;形态学观测 【ABSTRACT】 Objective: To investigate the morphologic features for the attached place of ligamenta falva. Methods: The length, width and thickness of the attached place for ligamenta falva were measured on 80 sets of dried adult spinal columns. Results: The morphologic features of the attached place for ligamenta falva were like linea aspera. The eminence in the lateral end was higher. The bone process like spine could be seen in some lumber vertebrate. The results of measurement showed that it was balanced between left and right. Conclusion: During the diagnosis of imageology for ligamenta flava thickening or calcification, the morphologic features of the attached place for ligamenta falva should be considered. 【KEY WORDS】 Lumbar vertebrate; Ligamenta flava; Morphologic observation and measurement 腰椎管狭窄症狭窄和后天性狭窄两大类。在获得性狭窄中，退变性狭窄为最常见的类型，其与黄韧带的肥厚和骨化具有重要的关系。我们对 60 例成人脊柱腰椎椎弓板黄韧带附着部位的形态学特点进行观测，以期为临床工作提供依据。 1 资料与方法 一般资料 张家口地区内出土的成人脊柱60 例，国产精密度为的游标卡尺。 方法 使用游标卡尺对黄韧带附着部位进行测量。以沿该部位的长轴测量的数据作为长度；选取每侧附着部位的中点部位，沿与长轴垂直方向测量的数据作为宽度；选取每侧附着部位的外侧最高部位进行测量作为高度。 数据用 x±s 表示，采纳方差分析，为有显着性差异。 2 结果 形态观察结果：可见黄韧带附着部位基底面宽阔、低平、粗糙，根据解剖学命名原则，其形态类似粗线。在该附着部位的外侧端隆起较高，部分...
