活性炭吸附法处理废水毕业答辩论文本 科 毕 业 论 文题目:活性炭吸附法处理二甲基乙酰胺废水讨论 学生姓名:杜朋辉学 号:08036204专业班级:环境工程 08-2 班指导老师:刘广东2025 年 6 月 10 日摘 要本论文以一定浓度二甲基乙酰胺废水(COD约1600mg/L)为对象,系统地讨论活性炭投加量、操作温度、反应时间、原水pH及原水浓度对吸附效果的影响,确定最佳反应条件,并对该吸附过程进行热力学和动力学模拟。讨论结果表明:活性炭投加量40g/L,操作温度298K,反应时间2h,原水pH=7为最佳反应条件,%;随原水浓度的增加,活性炭对COD的吸附量增加,COD去除率降低。活性炭对二甲基乙酰胺废水的吸附过程适合用Freundlich方程描述,吸附动力学符合伪二级动力学模型。 关键词:活性炭;吸附;二甲基乙酰胺废水;有机污染物ABSTRACTThe DMAC wastewater whose concentration of COD was about 1600 mg/L was studied in this paper. This study examined the influence of AC does, temperature, time, pH and the initial concentration during the adsorption process, and thus determined the best operate conditions. Then the study focused on the sorption kinetics and equilibrium sorption isotherms of the process. The results showed that when the dose of AC is 40g/L, the initial pH is 7, % of COD could be removed after 2h of agitation at 298K. Further more, the adsorption of COD onto AC was enhanced with an increase of initial DMAC concentration , however , the COD removal rate decreased. The Freundlich gave a better fit to all adsorption isotherms than Langmuir, and the kinetics of adsorption of COD from DMAC wastewater onto AC was fit to the pseudo-second order model.
