单层工业厂房混凝土结构设计（21m 双跨）摘要：厂房位于宁波市郊区，是一所生产用的混凝土厂房。建筑面积为 2634.5 .厂房采用混凝土排架结构体系，主材采用钢筋混凝土，屋面板采用预应力混凝土屋面板，柱为混凝土预制住，场内每跨设 32/5t 起重机一台，基础为柱下独立基础，基础标高-0.700m。墙体采用 240 清水墙。 建筑等级：耐久等级为Ⅱ级，耐火等级为Ⅱ级，设防烈度为 7 度。地面粗糙度为 B 类。地下水位在-5.0m 处。关键词：混凝土排架结构 ;钢筋混凝土 ;吊车 ;混凝土预制柱 ;柱下独立基础The design for the single floor industrial building of reinforced structure（21m+21m） Abstract : The industrial building lies in suburb of Ningbo, is a building of Reinforced structure .The total area is2634.5 mm2.The industrial building adopts concrete bent construction, primary using the material of reinforced. However, the proof of the building adopts the precast slap. And the column use the precast column . There is one crane in each span. The foundation is a single foundation under the column, with a elevation level of -0.700 m. The wall is made up of the clay and the width is 240mm Class of construction: Durable grade Ⅱ ，fire protection rating Ⅱ ,earthquake intensity 7 degrees.
