专题四 写作之书面表达书信类(2)(新课标)二、书信类 【体裁诠释】 书信类要求考生以书信形式向别人传递某种信息、表达一种态度或者说明某件事情。书信总是以第一人称出现,因而写作时常用这样的词汇或句型:I would like to ... ; I think/suppose/believe ... ; Here I want to ... ; I learn / am told / know from ... that ... ; I’m glad / feel it my honor that ... ; I (do) hope / wish that ... ; As far as I know ; I’ll appreciate / feel grateful if ... ; Best wishes 等。 近年来,书信的格式(如开头和结尾语)一般都已给出,不做考查内容,而要考察的是写作者的谋篇布局,结构造句和词汇选择能力,因此考生应着眼于短文类容,着力于把短文写出特色,做到语能悦人,这样才能得高分。具体来说,应做到以下几点:谋篇布局上:1.开好头 ,如:“How nice to hear from you again ! You want to know what’s going on in school in China ?”就比“I’m glad to hear from you again . You told me you want to know what’s going on in school in China . Now I’ll tell you something.”要好。这种开头好在开门见山,一语中的。显得简洁明快,先声夺人。2.合理安排要点 ,将所给要点化为无形,化在字里行间,切忌单调罗列。如 NMET2007(全国卷Ⅰ)范文,“In my mind , she is someone who is interested in traveling , swimming , and playing table tennis . Besides , it would be better for her to have a pet dog as I have kept one at home for some time .”这里就是巧妙地把对笔友的要求表达了出来而又不显罗列“条件”的痕迹。3.适当添加信息,如 NMET2007(安徽卷)书面表达中,在回信表明同意态度和理由后,作者在文章的结尾上“I believe that this magazine will surely strengthen our ties , and I am looking forward to reading it .”这样的话。显然示意图上并没有这句话的提示。如果你不写它,当然也不会失分,但它再要点的基础上稍加发挥,而且语句平实,又合情合理。它的存在无疑提升了整篇文章的档次。 结构上:1.简洁,如:“Once over ; let me know .”就比“Once it is over , please...
