(幸福)Nowadays many people hold the view that it is hard for us to feel happy in the competitive society. Actually, happiness does exist in our daily life as long as we are optimistic enough and it’s always of much benefit to us.There is no doubt that as senior students we ha ve to live with great pressure and often feel upset. I am no exception. There was a time when I felt unhappy. In order to rid myself of this dilemma, I took some positive measures, such as keeping a diary every night, listening to some soft music. And I made it a rule to take exercise after school. Finally, I felt better and more confident!The lesson I have drawn from my experience is that we should learn to be satisfied with what we are going through instead of complaining about them. The life in high school is the most beautiful memory we have. Therefo re we should treasure it. Just keep a pleasant mood, take advantage of everything to bring hap piness to ourselves as well as others.
