But now with the college entrance examination approaching, the seniors in high school are becoming night persons. Most of them often stay up late until 12 o'clock every night. When I entered the high school two years ago ,I always stayed up late .The next morning I couldn't get up on time and often arrived at school late .For lack of enough sleep ,I couldn't focus my attention on my lessons in class. As a result, I failed my first exam. My teacher told me that I should have a good living habit and not stay up .Early to bed, early to rise can make a man healthy, wealthy and wise. I followed his advice .From then on, I decided to make a change .I went to bed before 11 o'clock every night and got up early at 6 o'clock every morning. After class, I took some exercise regularly. I also took a nap at noon. After some time, I made great progress in my study. With the college entrance examination approaching, the seniors are under great pressure. However, they should also look after themselves well when they are studying. Only if they have a strong body can they s tudy efficiently and eventually realize their dreams.
