Key words: gas pipe network; Safe operation; There is a problem; The measures. 中图分类号： TU996.6+2 文献标识码：A 文章编号：2095-2104（2025） 引言 随着燃气事业的不断进展，越来越多的城市已开始进展和使用上了管道燃气，由于管网大面积的敷设和投入使用，在使用过程中，随着使用年限的增长，管线的腐蚀也日益严重，腐蚀穿孔现象时有发生，同时第三者破坏造成燃气泄漏、发生事故也时有发生。如何避开、降低此类事故的发生、保护居民用户和燃气公司财产不受损失已成为当前安全运行管理的重中之重。 1.城市燃气管网安全运行存在的问题 1.1 对地下管网缺乏法律规范管理增加了不安全因素 近年来，随着城市规模的不断扩张和旧城区的改造，给燃气管道敷设带来了便利条件，给进展燃气管道用户提供了新的机遇。与此同时，由于城市管理的条块分割，对地下管线缺乏法律规范管理，少数建设单位忽视安全不按法律规范施工，一些市民安全意识淡薄，特别是外来打工的群租户缺乏正确使用管道燃气常识，这些都会给城市燃气管网运行增加很多安全隐患，这些隐患时时刻刻威胁着城市燃气管网的安全运行。 1.2 燃气管网和设施上存在许多违章建筑 燃气管网和设施上的违章建筑是燃气管网运...
