建筑工程管理存在的问题及对策分析建筑工程管理存在的问题及对策分析 摘要：随着经济的进展和社会的进步建筑行业得到了长足的进展，建筑工程项目管理也取得了一定成绩，但是其质量事故、工期拖延、费用超支等问题仍然不少，特别是一旦出现工程事故，就会给国家和人民生命财产带来巨大损失，在社会上造成不良影响，因此做好建筑工程管理就显得尤为重要。本文分析了建筑工程管理中存在的问题及其原因，阐述了建筑工程管理中的控制因素，针对建筑工程管理中常见的问题及解决对策进行深刻探讨与阐述。 关键词：建筑工程;问题;对策 Abstract: Along with the economic development and social progress in the construction industry to obtain the considerable development, construction project management has made certain achievements, but its quality accidents, delays, cost overruns, still many, especially once the engineering accident, it will bring great loss to the country and people's life and property, adverse effects in the society, so it is particularly important to make construction project management. This paper analyzes the building project management problems and their causes, and expounds the control factors in project management, according to the common problems of construction project management and countermeasures in the deep discussion and the elaboration.
