探讨工程经济对工程项目的重要性探讨工程经济对工程项目的重要性 摘要：随着国家建设规模的急剧扩张，工程建设项目的各项资源需求凸现紧张，项目安全、质量、成本、工期的压力越来越大。经济管理水平不高导致工程项目经济效益低下是导致项目无法获得成功的主要原因之一。为此，施工企业在经营管理方面要建立一个法律规范完整的制约机制，使工程经济项目管理切实发挥作用，提高企业整体经济效益。本文首先分析了我国工程经济对工程项目管理中存在的问题，然后从五方面详细探讨了加强工程经济对工程项目管理的对策。 关键词：工程经济；项目管理；成本；合同管理；预算 Abstract: with the country the sharp expansion of construction scale, construction projects in all kinds of resource requirements highlight tensions, project safety, quality, cost, time limit of increasing pressure.
