Key words: building energy efficiency; technical measures; problems 中图分类号：TU74 前言：随着我国城市化进程的加速推动，估计到 2030 年，全国城市人口将达到 65%以上。城市人口的增加必定导致建筑物和建筑配套设施的成倍增加，这些将不可避开地增加建筑能耗。而建筑能耗的逐年大幅度上升，也必定导致节能型建筑的应运而生，当然，这也是我国今后城市建设必定的进展方向。而如何做好建筑节能这项宠大的工程，确保低碳和经济将是摆在广阔建筑行业工作者面前的重大课题。 一、建筑节能面临的问题 随着建筑能源消耗的迅速增加,建筑节能的重要性已逐步被人们所认识。近年来,全球能源形势日趋严峻,据一些国际讨论机构分析,世界一次性能源仅够人类使用 30 年,能源危机始终困扰着各国。在经济快速进展的中国,能源匮乏也同样引起了人们的高度关注。中国煤炭消耗量占世界消耗总量的 40 %,石油消耗量成为仅次于美国的第二大国。人类从自然界所获得的 50 %以上的物质原料用来建造各类建筑及其附属设施,这些建筑在建造与...
