浅析建筑节能问题及技术要点浅析建筑节能问题及技术要点 摘要：随着保护生态环境的呼声越来越高以及可持续进展战略的迫切要求，杜绝建筑行业的资源浪费以及防止建筑工程施工的生态破坏正在成为建筑工程进展中的主要问题。科技技术的日新月异以及生态技术的快速进步为建筑工程的生态进展提供了新的契机。本文在此从节能所面临的问题出发，提出了几点建筑节能的技术措施，仅供参考。 关键词：建筑节能；技术措施；问题 Abstract: With the urgent requirement for the protection of the ecological environment is more and more high and the strategy of sustainable development, put an end to the construction industry waste of resources and prevent the construction of ecological damage is becoming the main problem in the development of architectural engineering. Key words: building energy efficiency; technical measures; problems 中图分类号：TU74 前言：随着我国城市化进程的加速推动，估计到 2030 年，全国城市人口将达到 65%以上。城市人口的增加必定导致建筑物和建筑配套设施的成倍增加，这些将不可避开地增加建筑能耗。而建筑能耗的逐年大幅度上升，也必定导致节能型建筑的应运而生，当然，这也是我国今后城市建设必定的进展方向。而如何做好建筑节能这项宠大的工程，确保低碳和经济将是摆在广阔建筑行业工作者面前的重大课题。 一、建筑节能面临的问题 随着建筑能源消耗的迅速增加,建筑节能的重要性已逐步被人们所认识。近年来,全球能源形势日趋严峻,据一些国际讨论机构分析,世界一次性能源仅够人类使用 30 年,能源危机始终困扰着各国。在经济快速进展的中国,能源匮乏也同样引起了人们的高度关注。中国煤炭消耗量占世界消耗总量的 40 %,石油消耗量成为仅次于美国的第二大国。人类从自然界所获得的 50 %以上的物质原料用来建造各类建筑及其附属设施,这些建筑在建造与...
