浅论建筑外墙防水问题浅论建筑外墙防水问题 摘要:建筑物外墙渗漏是一个普遍存在而又难于解决的工程实际问题，是建筑施工技术的重要组成部分，也是保证建筑物不受浸蚀，内部空间不受危害的分项工程施工。通过合理的图纸设计和恰当的施工做法，可防止浸水和渗漏的发生，从而确保建筑物的使用功能，延长建筑物的使用寿命。本文针对常见的外墙渗漏问题进行了探讨分析，并针对具体情况提出了一些处理措施，要解决外墙的渗漏问题，个人认为必须从根本问题着手，以墙体的自身防水功能为重点，找出渗漏隐患，对症下药。 关键词：外墙;渗漏;措施 Abstract: Building external wall leakage is a common and difficult to solve practical engineering problems, it is an important part of construction technology, but also to ensure that buildings without etching, the internal space is not affected by the construction hazard.
