提供全套毕业设计，欢迎咨询本科毕业设计说明书某市物流自动化立体仓库设计（二）ON THE DESIGN OF AUTOMATED STEREOSCOPIC WAREHOUSE (PART TWO)学院（部）： 机械工程学院 专业班级： 机设 10-4 班 学生姓名： 张 指导老师： 叶 2025 年 5 月 28 日某市物流自动化立体仓库设计（二）摘要物流是现代生产的重要组成部分，而自动化立体仓库又是现代物流系统的重要组成部分。自动化立体仓库是用高层立体货架储存物资，利用计算机系统进行控制管理，利用自动控制堆垛机及运输车进行存取作业的现代化仓库。利用自动化立体仓库可以加快物流的周转，提高生产效率。而自动引导小车作为自动化立体仓库输送部分中重要的输送装置，对于立体仓库的高效正常运转起着重要作用。自动导引小车（Automatic Guided Vehicle，AGV）是指有电磁式或光学式自动导引装置，根据预先设定的程序，通过车上的传感器确定小车的具体位置信息，沿着预定的行驶路径自动行驶的搬运小车，具有运输效率高、节能、工作可靠、能实现柔性运输等许多优点。本文介绍了自动化立体仓库以及自动导引小车，同时在对淮南市物流自动化立体仓库建设可行性调查结果下对自动化立体仓库作了整体设计，同时为该仓库设计了自动导引小车，主要包括自动导引小车的车架整体设计、传动部分设计以及导引部分的设计。关键词：物流，自动化立体仓库，自动导引小车（AGV），设计ON THE DESIGN OF AUTOMATED STEREOSCOPIC WAREHOUSE (PART TWO)ABSTRACTLogistics is an important part of modern production.
