-浅析大学生村官计划及其问题学士学位论文VIP专享

摘 要当今大量的大学生到国家基础村政府担任，这种现象有利于新农村建设。凭借他们相当丰富的知识储备、先进的理论、完整的世界观和人生观，为县级地区的经济进展提供了强有力的人才资源的保障，促进了新农村建设，提升了经济进展。实施大学生村官这一制度，顺应了具有中国特色社会主义现代化进展的需求，不但为大学生的成长搭建了平台，更为新农村的科学进展注入了新奇血液。本文通过理论讨论、实际考察，对大学生村官这一群体进行了调研，从了解了“大学生村官”对建设新农村建设的必要性作用、存在的问题以及提出相应的建议等方面进行了阐述。关键词： 大学生村官 新农村建设 建议Abstract Today a large number of students to the national basic village government as, this phenomenon is conducive to the construction of new countryside.
