摘要 随着控制理论和电子技术的进展,工业控制器的适应能力增强和高度智能化正逐步成为现实。其中以单片机为核心实现的数字控制器因其体积小、成本低、功能强、简便易行而得到广泛应用。本文详细阐述了以单片机为核心的温度控制系统。它是利用温度传感器采集温度信号,将信号转化为电压信号后经放大电路放大、A/D转换后送到单片机中,并将其与设定温度值比较,控温至设定值,从而构成了一个可以显示多路温度的系统。最后针对温度显示系统进行了实验仿真,通过对仿真的分析表明本文所述的基于单片机的多路温度采集系统的设计的合理性和有效性。关键词:单片机 多路数据采集 温度显示AbstractWith the improvement of control theory and electric technology, the intelligent control for industry has been accomplishing. The digital controller based on Microcontroller has been applied widely, as its cabinet cubage, low-cost, abundant function, simple and convenient. In this paper, it detailed temperature control system with the core single-chip microcomputer.
