This application system becomes a significant research problem.In this paper, we design an Ethernet terminal system based on the TI Company’s DSP of TMS320VC5509 and present the scheme's software-realization in detail. TCP/IP is studied and analyzed firstly and chosen while the real condition is considered. And then the Ethernet is designed with DSP chip and network interface controller (NIC) chip. We discuss the PC's data exchange with the Ethernet terminal in VB development environment and compile PC software to realization controllable program.
