They are used to prevent and cure bacterial infections.SAS are usually added into forage to feed animals. But sulfonamides can cause anaphylactic reaction and carcinogenic mutagenic teratogenic. people. sulfonamide residues for its irrational use can affect people health .Therefore, it is significant to study a method of sulfonamides detection in animal product security. Enzyme linked Immunosorbent assay(ELISA) is a convenient, fast, sensitive method,which has accurate and strong specificity . The method costs lowly and can detect a large number of samples.
