基于 PLC 苗圃大棚自动控制系统设计 作者: 王诗冬 最高学历:本科 工作单位:江苏大学 通讯地址:江苏大学电气与信息工程学院 电话号码:18252585697 Email:348204983@qq.com 字数:6195 表数:4 图数:19基于 PLC 苗圃大棚自动控制系统设计 摘 要:本文是针对现代农业对智能温室的需求而自行设计的温室自动控制系统。通过分析温室执行机构的相应动作对温室环境的影响,将PLC和传感器技术应用到温室控制系统设计,开发了基于PLC控制的苗圃大棚智能控制系统。大棚的环境系统是一个非线性、时变、滞后复杂大系统,难以建立系统的数学模型, 采纳常规的控制方法难以获得满意的静、动态性能。本次设计控制系统硬件部分主要由PLC、各类传感器构成的,传感器是来检测大棚内部的温度、湿度、二氧化碳的浓度、光照度等,PLC是控制温室内双向天窗、侧窗,遮阳网驱动,湿帘水泵,环流风机,降温排湿风扇,C02补气阀、补光灯等执行设备的。本系统的智能温室大棚投入运行后可以很好地实现了对温室大棚内的各个环境因子的控制调节,为苗圃制造了良好的生长环境。本系统操作简单、工作稳定可靠,有用性强,适应当前农业现化的需要,适用范围广,经济效益很好,有好很的进展前景。关键词: 大棚,温度控制,PLCNursery Greenhouses Based on PLC Automatic Control System DesignAbstract: This article is in view of the modern agriculture demand for intelligent greenhouse and greenhouse automatic control system design.
