摘 要射频识别技术是最近几年进展起来的一项新技术,利用射频信号通过空间耦合实现无接触信息传递,达到识别目的的技术,现己涉及到人们生活的方方面面,有着宽阔的应用前景。经过九十年代的快速进展,目前,国内的射频卡制卡技术及其相应的读写设备内核技术,仍处于落后状态,这极大地制约了我国射频识别技术的进展。因此,对射频卡及其读写设备内核技术的讨论是一件十分有意义的事情。本文给出了一套射频卡读写设备的详细设计方案。设计内容包括硬件和软件两大部分,硬件具体的设计内容包括:低功耗射频读卡器供电电路设计、射频读写核心模块设计、微控制单元电路设计、串行通信电路设计、实时时钟电路设计、液晶屏显示电路设计和天线及其匹配网络设计;软件具体的设计内容包括:上位机对射频卡各种功能操作的程序设计和下位机对微控制器 MSP430 的单片机程序设计。关键字:射频识别,读卡器,射频卡,天线AbstractRF identification technology is a kind of technology of using RF signal through space coupling in order to non-contact information transmission, and through thetransmission of information to identify. At present, making card technology for domestic RF card and the corresponding core technology of literacy equipment are still backward,which have greatly restricted RF card technology development in our country.Therefore, the research about the RF card and reading equipment core technology is avery meaningful thing.In today's world, the mainstream of RF card is the MIFARE technology in Philips company, which has been developed to international standards: ISO/IEC14443 TYPE A standards.
