摘 要本文通过对抛丸清理机结构的设计，明白了抛丸清理技术的工艺优点及抛丸清理机的类型和特点，分析了抛丸清理机的国内外技术和进展趋势，重点分析了抛丸清理机的技术现状和抛丸清理机的技术改进，重点论述了国内外常用的抛丸清理机机械装置，以及抛丸清理机的用途、工作原理、结构类型和对该机构的改进与设计。随着炼钢事业和造船事业的不断进展，所要求钢材的材料性质和尺寸规格都发生了很大的变化，对其预处理后的质量要求也越来越高，这样对钢材预处理质量起决定作用的预处理生产线的技术性能要求也发生了变化。现国内生产的钢材预处理线能清理最宽 6 米的钢板，常见的型钢如角钢、槽钢、工字钢、H 型钢等都可以采纳钢材预处理线来处理，钢板预处理生产线采纳了辊道式连续通过型抛丸清理机来加工。抛喷丸清理技术的进展历程如同其他行业技术的进展一样，经历了从仿制到自行开发至快速进展的一个漫长的过程。现阶段，抛喷丸清理技术主要向着节能、环保、高效、安全、经济的方向进展，相继出现了形式多样的清理机（如通过式抛丸清理机、转台式清理机、吊钩式清理机、履带式清理机、滚筒式清理机、链式清理机、喷丸式抛丸清理机等），在技术进展趋势上主要是结合新技术（如先进的虚拟制造技术、机器人技术）、使用新材料（如使用新材料解决耐磨问题）并与计算机技术（如软件开发）结合，从而实现抛丸机的智能化、电子化及红外远距离控制，实现全自动化清理。关键词：抛丸清理机；钢板预处理线；辊道式抛丸清理机；抛丸机ABSTRACTThis article through to the shot blast cleaning machine structure design，understand the shot blast cleaning process advantages and shot blast cleaning machine type and characteristics,analyzes the shot blast cleaning machine technology at home and abroad and its development trend，analyses the shot blast cleaning machine technology situation and shot blast cleaning machine technology improvement，discusses the commonly used at home and abroad the shot blast cleaning machine mechanical device, and the use of shot blast cleaning machine, working principle, structure types of the mechanism and the improvement and design。As steelmaking career and shipbuilding...
