提高航空运输服务质量讨论地理与旅游学院 艺术教育（空乘与礼仪）专业 2025 级 彭琴指导老师 陈国建摘 要：随着经济体制的逐步建立，人们的消费水平也呈逐渐上升的趋势，这对航空服务质量的要求也越来越高，而质量的进展已经成为各行业追求的共同目标，几乎各行业的服务水平都有了显著的质的提高，航空运输在服务方面的优势已不复存在．尤其是当发生不正常航班情况时，旅客对航空公司的服务颇有微词并且提出了更高的要求．关键词：服务质量；民航进展；旅客要求；航空公司；民航Abstract ： With the gradual establishment of the economic system, people's consumption level also showed a rising trend, the on air quality of service requirements are also getting higher and higher, but the quality of the industry development has become the pursuit of the common goal, almost every industry service level have significant quality improvement, the advantages of air transport in terms of service no longer exists. Especially when the occurrence of irregular flight conditions, the passenger of airline service complained and put forward higher requirements.Key words：Quality of service; the development of civil aviation； passenger demand;Airlines;civil aviation一、引言 从航空企业的角度来讲，服务质量的意识和内容的全新现代含义是航线质量．它包括以下几个综合因素：航线选择、航班安排、设备选用、票价弹性、订票服务、飞行服务和地面服务．长期以来，航空运输凭借良好的口碑在消费者中树立了优质服务的形象，航空试服务一度成为各行业在服务方面效仿和赶超的对象．但随着经济体制的逐步建立，人们的消费水平也呈逐渐上升的趋势，这对航空服务质量的要求也越来越高，而质量的进展已经成为各行业追求的共同目标，几乎各行业的服务水平都有了显著的质的提高，航空运输在服务方面的优势已不复存在．尤其是当发生不正常航班情况时，旅客对航空公司的服务颇有微词并且提出了更高的要求．在实践中常常出现因为航班延误的情况而导致旅客给工作人员制造不同的麻烦，比如拒绝上下飞机、冲击工作现场等过激行为，给民航业及旅客自身都带来了无尽的苦恼，造成很多无谓的浪费．因此，强化提高我...
