AbstractThis statement analysis since the early 90's now 2025, this 20 years, the Guangdong-Taiwan economic cooperation, the basic situation and status, and then pointed out that economic cooperation between Guangdong and Taiwan because of a strong need for complementary cooperation and to win-win economic cooperation, the premise of the development of economic cooperation between the need to combine these years of economic cooperation between Guangdong and Taiwan found is proposed to expand economic cooperation and increase the depth of the economic level of cooperation, further creating a sound investment environmental measures. By the signing of CEPA, and the favorable opportunity of cross-strait WTO found that the economic cooperation between Guangdong and Taiwan the new opportunities of the future development of the two.Key word: Guangdong-Taiwan cooperation，investment，CEPA引言过去二十多年来，由于特别的地缘条件和良好的经济基础设施与产业配套条件，粤台两地具有进行经济资源整合和产业结构互补的良好条件，广东也成为台商在大陆投资最集中的省份，台商投资结构演化和粤台经济合作取得长足的进展，但也存在台资企业的产业配合度不高和台商投资软环境有待改善等问题。提升粤台经济合作水平，既体现了广东拓宽对外经济进展空间的重大战略部署，又提升了粤台国际竞争力乃至成为推动两地进展的必定选择。1.粤台经济合作的现状1.1 粤台经济合作的前提目前正是要借助两岸直航三通契机，创新粤台合作方式，推动粤台经济更高层次的合作，并在此基础上通过双方努力共同开拓东盟市场，扩展国际竞争市场的空间，形成两地双赢的大好时机。《珠江三角洲地区改革开放进展规划纲要》在国务院常务会议上获得通过，标志着珠三角改革进展正式成为国家战略。规划纲要中强调要提升对台经济合作水平，体现了广东拓宽对外经济进展空间的重大战略部署，也是广东在与台湾乃至东盟区域经济合作中谋求更大进展的一次战略机遇。因此，必须拓展粤台经济合作的深度与层次，并构建相应的制度基础和重点。构建推动粤台经济合作的制度基础，是从双方的经济...
