AbstractMaoming is a rising port city with a good natural port “Maoming Port” and ample supply of freight．It has important practical significance to make full use of the location ， transportation and resource advantages of Maoming Port and expand the port economy ．There have been some achievements for the development of Maoming Port economy ．Some countermeasures and advice on how to develop port economy in Maoming are given as follows：firstly ，advance the management of port enterprises towards larger scale，diversification and standardization；secondly ，deepen the functions of the port itself and push Maoming Port towards the third generation port ；thirdly ，fully excavate the tourism potential for Maoming Port as a fishing harbor and island；fourthly ，form a coastal industry zone in the western area of Guangdong province ， centering on service trading and manufacturing trading．Key words：Maoming，port economy， advantages ， ountermeasure ．引 言所 谓 港 口 经 济 ， 是 指 以 优 良 的 港 口 为 枢 纽 ， 综合 运 输 体 系 为 载 体 ， 相 关 产 业 为 支 撑 ， 以 加 工 贸 易主 导 型 产 业 为 主 攻 目 标 ， 以 港 口 工 业 与 第 三 产 业 为支 柱 ， 带 动 整 个 区 域 经 济 社 会 进 展 的 新 型 经 济 模 式 。港 口 经 济 是 港 口 城 市 经 济 进 展 的 新 增 长 点 ， 是 海 洋经 济 的 重 要 组 成 部 分 ， 我 国 各 沿 海 城 市 都 大 力 进 展港 口 经 济 。 它 的 基 本 内 容 可 以 概 括 为 以 港 口 各 种 优势 为 依 托 ， 以 进 展 外 向 性 经 济 为 主 导 ， 将 国 际 国 内两 个 市 场 、 两 种 资 源 有 机 结 合 起 来 ， 形 成 外 向 化 、服 务 化 的 经 济 结 构 ， 是 一 种 直 接 或 间 接 依 托 港 口 而存 在 和 进 展 的 跨 ...
