论文编号： 华南师范大学增城学院本科毕业论文（设计） 题 目：试论我国上市企业融资问题姓 名： 杜丽萍 学 号： 060314416 系 别： 会计系 专业班级： 国际会计 06 级 指导老师： 高燕 2010 年 3 月 30 日中 文 摘 要与发达国家相比较，我国的资本市场是一个尚未成熟的市场。我国的上市企业在融资上一直存在着两大问题，分别是偏好股权融资和恶意融资。这两大问题很大程度上制约了我国上市企业的的健康进展，解决这两个问题成为了上市企业的当务之急。本文主要利用文献讨论法，通过广泛、深化地对前人或现今学者的理论进行讨论总结。然后结合学者的理论和我国的实情，系统地对上市企业的现状进行分析，挖掘出导致我国上市企业偏好股权融资和恶意融资这两大问题出现的原因。再对每一个问题提出具体的解决方法。最后对我国上市企业融资的进展前景做出展望。关键词：上市企业； 股权融资； 恶意融资AbstractCompared with the developed countries, China's financial markets are not yet a mature market,the legal mechanisms are to be improved, to improve China's financial market, which requires countries, listed companies and investors to work together. Because China's immature financial market conditions constraints, China's listed companies in financing, there has been two major problems, namely the preference for equity financing and malicious financing. These two issues to a large extent hampered the development of China's listed companies to address these two issues become a priority listed companies. To solve these two problems, we must analyze all aspects, not only from the national laws and financial markets, macro-level environmental analysis, but also the internal environment of listed companies for analysis, and then prescribe the right medicine to solve problems.
